|Recommended: YesVery convenient location for a Missouri State Student — I would say it is very quaint and affordable. The grounds are tended to regularly and there is plenty of room for roommates. Parking is a small issue because of the space provided, however it is still not too hard to find parking if you are a resident.
|Recommended: YesConvenience in location and in budget. — Bear Gardens is my first apartment on my own, and it's been a great experience so far. I had a minor maintenance issue, and it took a little bit of time to fix it, but it was worth the wait. I would rather wait a week to get something fixed right the first time, then to get something fixed in an hour only for it to break again. I've had no issues overall, and I've enjoyed my time at Bear Gardens. It's super close to MoState, and a short walk to the Bear Line to get to Brick City. Very convenient for art majors or anyone who goes to downtown campus.
The included internet has been a blessing, and it's fast enough to do homework or play video games in my down time.
I'm hoping to do another year here next year with my friend, if that says anything about how I feel about Bear Gardens. Bear up

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments — close to campus — The studio apartments are nice, large enough, and close enough to campus to not require a campus parking pass. The walls are a little thin however, and it’s easy to hear neighbors walking around.
|Recommended: YesComfortable and homey apartments that are conveniently located. — Bear Gardens is very comfortable, and the apartments are spacious and homey. The location is convenient, being right off campus. Maintenance issues are addressed directly, but it can be hard to communicate with management sometimes.
|Recommended: YesThe best off-campus living that is basically on campus — The location is incredible, and the place is comfy and well kept. The walls are a bit thin and the laundry services can get kind of expensive, but as an overall experience there's probably not a better place we could've chosen to live.
